Wellbeing coaching


Nutritional Health is often the last thing we think of when trying to find a reason for illness, loss of energy, or even disease. It’s easy to forget how badly the body and mind are affected by starving ourselves of what they need.

We can help you find the path to a happier, healthier you, whether alongside another form of coaching or as a stand-alone session.

Our head coach, Tina Hodges, has trained as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach under Joshua Rosenthal, a pioneer and visionary in holistic health and wellness. Rosenthal holds a Masters of Science in Education and has over 30 years experience in health and wellbeing, including the creation of the concept of Health Coach.
 Having been a nurse within the NHS for 18 years, Tina's own search for optimal health and wellness has led her to create a diet, lifestyle and exercise programme to help others attain their own wellness goals.

Tina was one of ten worldwide who won a Leadership In Health Coaching Leadership Award in 2017


Tina offers a menu of support with a range of key elements which largely build on each other:

1. Health history audit
To spot patterns and suggest changes

2. Testing for diagnosis where necessary
Samples can be sent for testing and results used to recommend changes.

3. Health strategy
Tina knows slow steps of two to three incremental changes suit most people and allows changes to become embedded. 

4. Monthly health coaching and annual check up
Usually carried out one-to-one, but Tina is also available to support groups of people, for example, friends or family members who wish to support each other.

5. Diet 
The smallest changes can often make the biggest impact. Clients complete a current food diary and look back to childhood eating patterns.

6. Lifestyle
Tina has published books on self-care, what she calls 'cherishing strategies' to improve physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.

7. Sleep and exercise
The body-brain connection is key to these areas and Tina will help you to find out what you really like and are most likely to implement and stick to.
