Tina Hodges  - Award winning coach and founder. Tina is a Maxwell Global Leadership coach, trainer and speaker. She is also an advanced human behaviour consultant, writer and winner of the Association of Professional Consultants, Trainers and Coaches 'Life Coach of the Year' 2015 award.

Jasper Hodges  - Coach and Trainer. Jasper is a Maxwell Global Leadership coach and DISC trainer.

Kitty Turner - Media Co-ordinator and Content Producer. Kitty is a Maxwell Global Leadership coach and trainer. She also produces content including copy and graphics.

Lauren Jubb - Mentor and Advocate. Lauren trained with The Message Academy in youth and community work and loves to see young women grow in their self-worth. Lauren travels internationally supporting Twelve24 (band) and mentoring young women who struggle with their self-esteem. She speaks to groups in support of the Message Academy and Transformation Is For All and recently spoke at the House of Lords. Lauren won the Urban Hero of the Year award in 2014.

Katherine A Austen  - Spiritual Director. Spiritual Direction is about providing a calm and loving space in which to explore and deepen the relationship with Divinity in a way that caters for each unique individual.
